shop recap

polaris dress / svalbard top

my shop upload went well yesterday! there were a couple hiccups and delays getting there, but overall, i had a lot of fun putting this small Northern Lights "Collection" together... hey, high fives everyone! i just said the "c" word without throwing up in my mouth! the quotations help. baby steps.

i have two more items left: the polaris dress in size medium, and the svalbard top in a large. and i hope to make some more items today so that my shop doesn't stay empty, but any suggestions about sizes and items? it's like a shot in the dark trying to figure what people want more of or what sizes are in demand. and thanks for your support everyone!

  1. Hi Elly, I love all the Timbermill--dresses, tops... I'm using anonymous to leave a message or it comes up on Google.

  4. Size small would be nice. But I'd really like one for Spring. I actually dream of this dress, and have been waiting for you to make more of this design. Crosses fingers you make some for Spring. :)

  6. I'd second the request for a tundra in a size small. Love the grey and navy cord fabrics you've used in the past.

  7. i'll third the request for the navy tundra dress in size small. i would also love to see the campanula (sp?) dress in size small.

i also wanted to ask -- is the campanula fabric somewhat sheer? like, would it be a good idea to wear a slip or something under it?

  8. I loved the tundra dress but wear a 12 so was afraid to try for one...larger sizes work better for me...and tundra for spring would be nice too!

  9. Forgot sizes-medium works best for me... And, I love the new things you've come up with, it's just that the Timbermill items sold before I knew that you had a shop.

  10. Really great "collection" items you're creating!! Specifically the tundra dress.
(i had to use the quotations too. I don't want to make you throw up or anything!)

  12. I would love to see more detail shots of all your beautiful clothes. It's hard for me to see the print, buttons, etc. from the wide shots (for example the new shirt/vest has floral trim, but what does it look like?). Keep up the fantastic work!

  14. Oh poo. Unfortunately, I'm a size 14, so I am left to just pine from your clothes from afar (much like those northern lights). But accessories! I would love to see some wookie slippers or a knit cap like in a previous "collection", perhaps.

    Cheers,
    Monica

  15. With winter on its way in the southern hemisphere, i'd love to be able to request a Chugwater cap .. pink.. wide brim. It is truly lovely. From all the comments above me though it seems you're going to be a bit too busy..?!

  19. I would love to buy the tundra or polaris dress in small although these styles might be blousey and billowing on me. I have narrow shoulders and a small bust (31") so I would love an extra small. However, I know other people have requested larger sizes and you are one person shop.

  20. Wow, everyone! Thanks for the feedback and encouragement about the shop! It's blowing me away!

I'm just finishing up a tundra dress in size small, and it will probably be the last of that super soft navy corduroy. I doubt i'll find more. I should be uploading it either today or tomorrow.

I've also got some other things i'll be uploading to the shop very soon. I may or may not update everyone about it on my mailing list, so you can sign up if you're interested. But, i'll for sure keep everyone posted on here.
